Use Cooking Oil when Boiling Eggs
Notes from Folks...
Speaking of hard boiled eggs: I have always hard boiled eggs by putting a teaspoon or less of cooking oil in the water. The oil makes the shell come off easier. When finished cooking eggs empty water, add cold water. Then, empty water crack egg and remove shell easy and fast.
