Busy Day Lemon Cheesecake
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese2 cups milk, divided
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
In a large mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a fork until creamy. Add 1/2 cup milk, a small amount at a time, blending until mixture is very smooth. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat with whisk for about one minute or until well mixed pour into crust. Chill for one hour.
