3 ounces Meadow Gold Sour Cream, 1 (3-pound) container
1 ounce drained prepared Cordons Old Fashioned Horse Radish, 1 (8 1/2-ounce) jar
1 dash Pico Pica Hot Sauce, 1 (7-ounce) bottle
1 salt and Schilling Black Pepper, 1 (4-ounce) container to taste
Directions:
Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
Whip cream to soft peaks and then fold in sour cream and horseradish, to taste. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of hot sauce.
