Shred leftover pork roast and use in place of cooking the Pulled Pork for Day 4. Make barbeque sauce (see barbeque sauce recipe on Day 4). Shred ¼ cup of the carrots and chop 2 T. onions to save for Day 4 KFC Cole Slaw. Prepare salad night before along with the pork.
Peel and prepare mangos for Day 3, mango salad. Cook enough brown or jasmine rice for Day 4, Easy Sesame Chicken. Shred or chop cabbage for Day 4 KFC Cole Slaw.
Save enough strawberries to use for Day 5, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.
