No Churn, No Cook, Perfect Every time Ice Cream


This keeps deliciously in the freezer for weeks - if it lasts that long. Add mix-ins to make it your own, or enjoy just vanilla.

Yield: 2+ quarts
Prep Time: 15 min, 6+ hours to freeze

Ingredients:

1 quart cold heavy cream
3/4 cup cane, organic sugar
1/2 tsp real vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Combine all in a bowl of a stand mixer, or use a bowl with a hand mixer. Whip until stiff, scraping down the sides as needed. Scoop into a container and freeze at least 6 hours. Thats it! Now, you can fold in other ingredients after you’ve whipped it stiff, such as melted chocolate drizzled then folded in, a fruit sauce, caramel sauce…sky is the limit! Now go forth and make good ice cream!
