Veggies in a Cup
These are fun and ask to be eaten! Kids enjoy veggies prepared this way.

Ingredients:
Assorted veggies: red bell pepper | |
green bell pepper | |
green onions | |
zucchini | |
carrot | |
any other , as desired | |
ranch salad dressing |
Directions:
Slice vegetables into strips. Place 2-3 tablespoons in clear plastic cup. Arrange assorted veggies in the cup in the dressing.
