Veggies in a Cup


These are fun and ask to be eaten! Kids enjoy veggies prepared this way.

Yield: Make 1 for each person

Ingredients:

Assorted veggies: red bell pepper
green bell pepper
green onions
zucchini
carrot
any other , as desired
ranch salad dressing

Directions:

Slice vegetables into strips. Place 2-3 tablespoons in clear plastic cup. Arrange assorted veggies in the cup in the dressing.
