Prepare and cook an additional pound of chicken to use in the Cranberry Avocado Salad on Day 4. Take out the extra you made before adding to the lemon sauce.

Save 4-6 of the cupcakes, unfrosted. Cube them and use in the Matcha & Strawberry parfaits on Day 5.
