When cooking the chicken for the Chicken Pot Pie, add an additional 4 chicken breast halves. Shred them when cool and store in the fridge to save for Day 4, Thai Chicken Salad.

Prepare the beans for Day 3. Sort and rinse 1 pound of dry pinto beans. Cover with water and soak overnight.

Make extra Crunchy Breadsticks, if you don’t think you will have leftovers. Serve the extras on Day 4 with the Thai Chicken Salad.

Buy and extra pineapple and cut into chunks when preparing the pineapples in the Thai Pineapple Fried Rice. Save the chunks to use in the Hawaiian Rice Pudding on Day 5.
