Double your recipe for French Onion Soup. You will be using 2 cups of the soup on Day 2, Rice Cooker Jambalaya.
Get out your rice cooker. If you don't have one – consider making this good investment.
Using 2 cups of the leftover soup from Day 1, put the Jambalaya together in the rice cooker.
Typically, you will use ½ cup dry rice per person. The Coconut Curry Chicken will need 3 cups. Pull out that rice cooker again.
