Prepare the Cauliflower Salad for Day 2, so the flavors have time to meld.

When preparing the Asian Vegetable Stir-fry, chop 3 jalapeno peppers. Save 2 tablespoons to use on the Nacho Pizza and 2 tablespoons to use in the Salsa for Day 5.

While chopping the scallions for the Hoisin Chicken, thinly slice an additional 4 scallions to use on the Nacho Pizza on Day 5.
