Cook an additional 8-10 slices of bacon and reserve about 1 teaspoon of bacon fat to be used in the Pasta Carbonara on day 3.

Also, peel, cut and cook an additional 1-2 pounds of potatoes remove these potatoes and make them into mash potatoes to be used on day 5.

Cook an additional 2 pounds of chicken with out the spices to be shredded and used in the Chicken Taquitos on day 4.

Cook an additional 8 oz of orzo to be used in the Italian Orzo Spinach soup day 3.

Use the cooked Orzo from day 2.
