With the leftover ham, cut into 1" pieces enough to make 2 cups. Store to use for Meal 3, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole.
Roast 2 chickens so you have leftovers. Cube 2 cups of the leftovers to use in the Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole for Meal 3.
Cook and additional 8 potatoes. Allow to cool and store in the fridge until Meal 4. You will make the Potato Skins out of these 8.
To prepare the Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, use the ham and chicken you prepared with the Meal 1 and Meal 2 leftovers.
Use the leftover Crisp Garlic Yukon Gold Potatoes from Meal 2. A great time saver because your potatoes are already cooked. Scoop out the potato and continue with the directions.
