When making the Crispy Coconut Chicken, while baking the chicken, leave a space on one side of the baking pan to add 2 extra large chicken breasts or enough tenders to make 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced so they are about the same size as your Coconut Chicken. Don't season, but cook alongside. Set aside to cool. Chop and store for Meal 3, Thai Peanut Chicken Pasta.

Make extra Pinto Beans in the crockpot. These make excellent refried beans. You will need 2 cups of beans to use in the Meal 4 Bean Burritos. Save money. Save time.

Pull out the chopped chicken you readied during Meal 1 to add to the Thai Peanut Chicken Pasta.

Grab the pinto beans you saved from Meal 2. Mash them up. Use in place of the can of refried beans. Add a little water if you think they are too dry.
