There are four simple steps to make "real Italian" homemade ravioli with the Ravioli Maker.

1. Lay a sheet of dough over the metal cut-and-seal plate.

2. Gently press the second form plate on top of the dough to create pockets.

3. Fill the pockets with your filling.

4. Cover with a second sheet of dough and roll with a rolling pin and your ravioli are perfectly cut and sealed.
