To Prepare Flower Pots: For the 5 x 5-inch pot, cut two sheets of foil, each about three times the height of the pot. Mold first sheet over the outside of the pot, remove and repeat with second sheet. Carefully press foil sheets into pot, overlapping edges so all inner surfaces are covered. Trim excess foil and grease well. Repeat procedure with the two remaining pots.
To Shape and Bake Bread: Spoon dough into prepared flower pots. Pots should be about half full. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled, about 30 minutes. Gently brush with water sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until tests done. Remove from pots and remove foil from bread. Place loaves on wire racks. Slice and serve when cool.
