Ingredients

Cookie Layer:
1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Cream Layer:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping

Berry Layer:
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water (or berry juice with enough water to measure 1 cup)
3 tablespoons dry raspberry jello
1 quart fresh or frozen blueberry
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping

Directions:

For Cookie Layer:
Cut margarine into flour until crumbly. Add chopped nuts. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10–12 minutes. Cool.

For Cream Layer:
Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Place on cooled cookie layer in dabs; spread carefully to level. Chill well.

For Berry Layer:
Blend sugar with cornstarch in saucepan. Add water. Boil over medium heat until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Add Jell-O, and stir until completely dissolved. Add fresh or frozen blueberries; remove from heat. Partially chill berry mixture to prevent melting cheese layer. Spread Berry Layer over Cream Layer. Chill well. Spread Cool Whip over top to serve.
