1. Heat oven to 375°F. Place roast in shallow baking pan. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients blend well. Spread mixture over pork. Insert meat thermometer so bulb reaches center of thickest part of pork.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 40 to 50 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F.
3. Remove pork from oven. Cover with tent of foil. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
