Instant Pot Mac 'n Cheese

4 cups pasta
2 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese (i use a 3 cheese blend)
Directions:
Set pot to manual pressure cooker for 5 minutes and add pasta with water and chicken broth in the pot. When pasta is done open the lid and turn to saute. Add rest of the ingredients and stir until thick. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon.
