Best Sugar Cookies

Best Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
7 eggs
7 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons mexican vanilla
5 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk



Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in a large mixer. Roll out 1/2" thick. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes. Mix frosting together and frost cookies when they have cooled completely.
