Chili Parmesan Corn on the Cob
Recipe from the July 2012 Newsletter
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Corn on the cob
- Mayonnaise (may use fat free or other variations)
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Chili powder
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
1. Husk corn and then spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle cobs with chili powder and parmesan cheese, wrap in foil.
2. Roast on the grill until cooked (about 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes).
3. When it's roasted, spread with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Servings vary as needed.
