This dessert is easy to whip up, then refrigerate and chill until serving time.

   1 (10-ounce) bag frozen strawberries, thawed
   16 marshmallows, quartered
   1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
   1/2 cup coconuts
   1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped


Combine strawberries and marshmallows; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add pineapple, coconut, and whipped cream. Chill thoroughly. Serve in dessert cups or sherbet glasses. Garnish this quick and easy dessert with strawberry halves, if desired.
