A delicous potato salad with extra pickles

Ingredients:
10 pounds | chopped and boiled potatoes |
7 | hard boiled eggs, sliced |
3 cups | mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | mustard |
2 teaspoons | salt |
1 teaspoon | pepper |
2 cups | dill pickles, chopped |
1/4 cup | pickle juice |
paprika |
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, 6 chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, pepper, p8ickes, and pickle juice.
Fold in boiled potato pieces until mixed through.
Top with paprika and one sliced egg.
