The meal isn’t over in Italy until something sweet, or dolce, hits the tongue. Affogato means "drowned" in Italian.

Ingredients:
1 pint | premium vanilla ice cream or gelato |
4 | shots hot espresso, unsweetened |
Directions:
For each serving, place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a glass. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream and serve immediately before the ice cream melts.
