3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

It is amazing how much flavor is in these simple 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies without brown sugar. I make them very often because I always have the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients:
1 large egg, room temperature, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Scoop by level tablespoonfuls and roll into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten with a fork.

Bake at 350° until set, about 18 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
