1 1/3 cups whipped cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar sifted
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa dutch process, sifted
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1/4 ounce rum, dark (can sub rum flavoring)
1. Place cream, sugar, cocoa, coffee and rum in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until cream forms soft peaks.
2. Spoon into small dessert dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
