Other St. Patrick's Day Ideas
Hello Dan,
Every St. Patrick's Day morning growing up (until I graduated from high school and yes even as an adult when I was home), my dad made something green every year....green eggs, fried, scrambled, poached (that was sorta gross), yes, even green french toast, pancakes, oatmeal, or cream of wheat. My dad worked a lot of hours, on call etc. but he made "sam I am green eggs and ham" very special in our house! By the way, my dad is full blooded Danish! Mom is Irish so she must have rubbed off on him.
