Southwest Salad Twist

Serves: 4


        

  Download this recipe.

1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 to 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped green chilies
1 to 2 limes (use juice)


Stir all ingredients except the lime juice together; mix well. Drizzle lime juice over the top; gently stir.
