Pots of Gold Sticks

Pinch salt
2 eggs white
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple packed in its own juice (undrained)
Add salt to egg whites. Beat until whites form soft peaks. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in crushed pineapple. Immediately pour into freezer trays. Cover with plastic wrap or foil; freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
Note: To make children's popsicles, pour mixture immediately into 3- or 5-ounce paper cups and put a popsicle stick in the center.
