I have been buying your software for years and I absolutely love it!!! It’s on
my laptop so I take it into my kitchen. Start up the software and I'm ready
to cook. This new Cook'n Club idea is so awesome!!!
Bonus Tips and Tricks: You can substitute a few spears of the asparagus for the bacon in the steak pinwheels, and when you take the Asparagus Foldovers out of the oven, turn it up to broil to cook the Pinwheels and then back down to 275 degrees for the Sweet Dreams. (Or if you have time, cook the Sweet Dreams first and then they will be nice and cool after dinner)
Dovetailing Tips: Bake 2 extra chicken breasts and be sure to cube them to use in the Plowman's Share meal on Thursday. If you wanted to use fresh sweet potatoes instead of canned for the Sweet Potato Cake on Thursday just bake some extra tonite (about 2 medium sized ones to make 1 ¾ cups when mashed.) Also throw the 3 Russet potatoes for Thursday's meal as well, and save time and energy by just re-heating them Thursday.
Dovetailing Tip: When you chop onions for tonight's Lamb Hot Pot, be sure to cut ¼ cup for the Plowman's Share Thursday and 2 Tablespoons for the Tuna Burgers on Friday.
Bonus Tips and Tricks: If lamb is not readily available in your area, this would be great with boneless pork chops as well. While this dish bakes is a great time to put together tomorrow nights Sweet Potato Cake and just toss it in the oven with the lamb dish. (Just make sure to take out the cake before it's time to un-cover the lamb…this might NOT be a great flavor combo!)
Dovetailing Tips: If you would like meat with this dish, use the chicken saved from Tuesday's Baked Oregano Chicken and/or the leftover lamb from Wednesday. Using your precooked baked potatoes, pre-cut onions and pre-baked sweet potatoes (or cake) makes dinner a snap!
Dovetailing Tips: Don't forget to save yourself a step by using the onions you alreadycut for this meal on Wednesday!
Bonus Tips and Tricks: A good idea today is to bake the dessert first, while you are putting together the rest of the meal, so that it has a chance to cool while you eat.
