1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Half-and-half (optional)
Assorted fruits (strawberries, banana slices
In a small saucepan over low heat stir together chocolate and half-and-half until melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a fondue pot.
Thin with additional half-and-half, if needed. Serve warm with fruit for dipping.
To make Chocolate Sauce, thin with additional half-and-half.
