Sharing Casseroles
Notes from Folks...


Scott,

Thanks for all you help. I made three casseroles this morning from the bones of the Chicken and Corn Bread Stuffing Casserole. As usual I have to make it my own by adding and subtracting from any recipe. I’m taking one to my neighbor across the street that had surgery this morning, and one to the pre-prep group that meets early.

This is going to be really fun because I have a revised copy to take to church tonight. The recipe program is great and I have two people that plan to buy as soon as they save for it.

You said that you might be able to send us a few extra casseroles recipes. I would really appreciate that.

Have you considered adding a category called casseroles?
