Vegetable Bake
Serves: 12

1 (13 1/4-ounce) can mushrooms pieces, drained
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup butter
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (11-ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (11-ounce) can yellow wax beans, drained
1 (11-ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter until tender; add soups, beans and carrots. Remove from heat; spread into a 13" x 9" baking pan. Combine Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses together; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
