1 graham cracker pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/3 cup splenda
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup strawberries, fresh, for garnish
1. Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually add splenda, beat well. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. blend well.
2. Spoon into crust. Chill at least four hours. Garnish with fruit. For a really attractive dessert, decorate with peeled and thinly sliced kiwi fruit and halved strawberries.
