Frog Eye Salad
Hi,
I just put your Frog Eye Salad recipe in my cookbook and have a question:
it says "1 package acinni de peppe pasta" I have a very LARGE package so, I need to know how many cups of the acinni de peppe pasta to cook?

Hi Judy,
The box referred to in the recipe is a 16-oz package or 1 pound of acini de pepe. This works out to be about 2 cups acini de pepe -- give or take.
