Cook'n and Nutritional Data
Notes from Folks...
Hi Dan,
I want to order your product, and I am wondering if you also can compute “Food analysis” to be able to analyze calorie counts, protein, carbs and fats etc for each recipe and for recipes that I would add by hand myself.
Thanks for your response.
Marcy Robertson
Hi Marcy,
Yes, the food analysis for Cook'n software computes nutritional data (calories, fats, protein, carbohydrates, some vitamins/minerals) on each recipe and also on recipes you would add to the software.
The limiting factor is the completeness of the nutritional information entered in for each ingredient. If you wish to enter your own recipes, and a food item requested is not already in the database, you would need to enter the nutritional information from its food label to ensure accurate food analysis on that recipe.
Hope this helps,
