Pesto Linguine
Serves: 6
Download this recipe.
1 (.67-ounce) package fresh basil
1 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 (1-pound) package linquini noodles, , cooked
Combine first four ingredients in a food processor; blend on high and set aside. Pour linguine into a large serving bowl; add basil mixture. Mix well and serve immediately.
TIP: Serve an Italian feast! This simple pesto makes a hearty appetizer when spread on crusty bread...top cooked linguine with ready-made Alfredo sauce and whip up a crispy green salad.
