I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Honey Graham-Chocolate Loaf

Serves: 8


        

  Download this recipe.

1 4 1/2-ounce box chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix
1 cup cream whipped
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 graham crackers


Follow package instructions for pudding mix. Whip heavy cream stiff; add sugar and vanilla. Layer graham crackers and pudding until about 6 layers high. Frost tops and sides with whipped cream. Chill 2 or more hours in refrigerator. To serve, slice thinly.

Note: Omit sugar if using 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed.
