Lime Sherbet with Strawberries
Serves: 4

1 pint strawberries fresh
Sugar
1 pint lime sherbet
Rinse and hull strawberries. Slice berries and sprinkle with sugar to desired sweetness; let stand until sugar dissolves.
To serve, scoop sherbet into four individual serving dishes. Surround with sweetened strawberries.
