Deep-Dish Chicken Pot Pie

2 10 3/4-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 18-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup Original Bisquick® baking mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400°. In a 2 1/2 quart oval casserole mix soup, vegetables, and chicken. Mix milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden.
