Deep-Fried Baked Potatoes

I am looking for the same, how to fix them. A friend had them this past weekend when she went out to eat, and said they were fabulous. She could not find out how they fixed them.

Hi Larry,

We are unable to locate any deep-fried baked potato recipes posted online or in our recipe archives. I think when you go out to a restaurant that serves them, you need to butter-up the serving staff to see if they'll tell you how the chef/staff makes those spuds. Then, share it with us! :-)
