3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steaks
3 cups uncooked radiatore (nugget) pasta (9 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (16-ounce) package fresh or frozen broccoli cuts (6 cups)
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1. Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 1/4-inch strips.
2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add beef to skillet; sprinkle with pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.
3. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes and broth; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
4. Mix cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce; stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Toss beef mixture and pasta.
