3 cups green leaf lettuce (washed and chopped)
1 cup romaine lettuce (washed and chopped)
1/2 cup baby carrots (chopped)
2 (diced) tomatoes
1/2 cup canned, white beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup bacon bits
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup herb vinaigrette dressing
Combine first five ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Top with bacon bits, sunflower seeds and vinaigrette and serve.
