Fresh Tomato Pizza

Thanks to Kathy Morris for this great idea...
Here is a great tip for a refreshing pizza. In this time of plentiful tomatoes, top your pizza crust with Canadian bacon and pineapple chunks. Then a generous helping of cheese. Bake as normal.
When you remove it from the oven top with slices of fresh tomatoes. This is in place of the tomato sauce and keeps you from burning the roof of your mouth on the hot cheese
