1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (18 1/2-ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup butter, sliced
Spread pineapple with juice in a 13" x 9" casserole dish; gently layer cherry pie filling on top. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the pie filling layer; do not mix or stir. Arrange pecans on top; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
