I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Refried Fiesta Bean Dip

Serves: 6


        

  Download this recipe.

1 can refried beans (use the lime and green chili version if you want a little extra twist)
1 cup grated cheese
4 tablespoons sour cream


All of the amounts are totally up to you and your taste. This is a rough guide. Change as needed to fir your taste!

Put beans in microwave safe bowl and mix in cheese. Microwave in 30-40 second intervals until the cheese is melted. Then add sour cream, stire in, and dip away!
