4 cups bite-size pieces assorted fresh mixed fruits (pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwifruit)
3 cups strawberry low-fat yogurt
1. Thread 4 to 6 pieces fruit on each of eight 8-inch bamboo skewers.
2. Serve fruit kabobs with yogurt.
