Kielbasa Potatoes
Serves: 6

1 onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oils
4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
1 pound Kielbasa, cubed
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can corn, drained
Cayenne pepper to taste
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, sauté onion with garlic powder in oil until onion is tender. Add potatoes and cover; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add kielbasa and cook until warm. Add corn and heat through. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper; stir.
