24 corn tortillas
3 pounds chicken cooked and shredded
1/2 cup picante sauce
1 1/2 cups grated longhorn cheese
Oil for deep frying
Fry shredded chicken with picante sauce for about 3 minutes. Fill and roll the tortillas with the chicken and cheese, hold closed with a toothpick. Deep fry until crisp and drain. Serve with lettuce, salsa, and your favorite side dishes.
