I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Cheesy Italian Bread

20 Rhodes frozen rolls, thawed but still cold
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 1/2 ounces yellow onions about 1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil


Cut each roll into fourths. Place in a large bowl and toss with cheese, onion, olive oil and spices until well combined. Place in a sprayed 9 x 9-inch square baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes, if needed, to prevent over browning.
