Huevos Rancheros

8 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup tomatoes
7 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cut tortillas into quarters and fry with butter in a large skillet until soft and slightly brown. While tortillas are cooking add all vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Beat eggs with milk and add to tortilla mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until eggs are done. Serve immediately.
